At Fostering Hope Delco, we are profoundly honored to be a recipient of Heart & Soul'ds mission. Their remarkable generosity has enabled us to keep our foster-share closet open, providing vital items like car seats, beds, dignity duffles, and more to children experiencing foster care. Terry and Kristen have a gift for making everyone they meet feel seen, welcomed and valued.
